Community Healthcore Selects Trebuchet for Needs Assessment Project

November 2019- Community Healthcore selected Trebuchet Research to conduct a center-wide needs assessment. The data from this project will contribute to Community Healthcore’s strategic plans for service delivery, design and implementation.

For over 40 years, Community Healthcore has served communities in North East Texas by providing mental health and behavioral health services.

For this project, Trebuchet is leading data collection and analysis activities including:

• Questionnaire development

• Survey implementation

• Focus groups

• Data analysis of primary and secondary data

• Reporting
