DIR selects Trebuchet for Business Development Support

October 2021- Decision Information Resources (DIR) selected Trebuchet Research to provide consulting services to support its business development unit.

For over 40 years, DIR has provided expert evaluation, data collection, and technical assistance services to government agencies, foundations, nonprofits and private sector organizations.

For this project, Trebuchet led wide-ranging initiatives including:   

• Design and implementation of a customer relationship management (CRM) system

• Designing tactical reports and automations (Airtable)

• Enhancing capture activities with agency forecasts and market intelligence

• Crafting systems for streamlined opportunity review and bid/no bid assessment

• Conducting in-depth incumbent research and opportunity viability analysis

• Developing marketing materials to highlight corporate capabilities
